What is The Vital Canvas Course?

Vital Canvas is an online course designed to help you transform your living space by teaching you the basics of how to paint and decorate your home with confidence, saving you time with outside tradesman. Keeping money in your pocket, which can often be wasted on mistakes made when decorating. The course is aimed at anyone from a DIY enthusiast, to someone seeking a new way to get fit and to those that are looking to transform their environment with the intention of assisting in their own wellbeing. The course is entirely self paced, online & can be reviewed and completed from the comfort of your own home with no interaction from anyone else.
How Long Will The Course Last?

This is entirely up to you! It is self paced and you can complete it whenever you like. Once you have paid for the course, you can log in at the members area as often as you wish. We have not allocated a timescale - meaning the participant can enjoy the process with reduced stress.
How Do I Access The Course?

If you have paid for the course, you will have set up a profile for the members log in area ( either with an email address and password or by using Google or Facebook ) You will find the login to the members area in the top right hand side of the Vital Canvas website. Click on Log In - and enter the details you set up when you purchased the course. Once you log in, look for the my programmes heading. Here you will find the Vital Canvas course.
What Are the Course Topics Covered in The Course?

The course is broken down in to the following sections - Introduction to Paint - Introduction to Equipment - Setting up & Safety - Preparation to the room - Painting Ceilings - Painting Walls - Painting Woodwork - How to Clear down / Clean and store equipment. There is also a checklist and written information to support you, as well as quiz if you'd like to test your knowledge at the end of the course. Finally, you will be sent an electronic certificate once you have completed all segments! Please note, this course does not currently include any information about wallpapering. We are currently working on a specific wallpapering based course, as well as an exterior painting course.
Will I Be a Professional Decorator Once I Have Done This Course?

You won't be a professional decorator when you finish this course; however it will give you the building blocks to develop your skills! Vital Canvas is designed to give you the basic information on how to paint your home the right way.
Is This Course OK For Children?

The content and materials provided have been designed for adults and may include concepts, tools, or techniques that could be potentially hazardous for children to handle without the correct supervision. Therefore, it's important for participants to be of an appropriate age and maturity level to fully engage with the course content safely. This doesn't mean that you can't 'include' children within the process & it's a great way to foster relations and embark on a family project together!
How Fit Do I Have To Be To Do The Course?

You don't need to be particularly fit to take our online painting and decorating course. While some physical aspects like moving furniture or reaching high areas may be involved in practical application, the majority of the course focuses on techniques, design principles, and hands-on skills that don't require a high level of physical fitness. However, if you have any specific concerns we would recommend speaking to your GP before deciding on purchasing the course.
Can I Get A Refund?

We hope to think you'll never need to ask this question! Sadly, as per the terms and conditions we ask you to read prior to paying for the course we are unable to offer refunds. We can understand that this can be frustrating, however we do operate a strict process to make sure you are ready to purchase the course beforehand.
Why Is The Course So Cheap?

This course was created out of a desire to allow people to decorate their spaces without the need for expensive tradesman. It's also for people looking to get a little more active or to enhance their mindset by embarking on a new adventure. With this in mind, we felt it needed to be accessible! The price of this course is the lowest possible price we can offer and we feel most people will be able to access it at this price.

How Does The Telephone Consultation Work?

Our telephone consultation is designed to be straightforward and convenient. Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive either a WhatsApp video call or a regular WhatsApp phone call – whichever option you’ve selected. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your decorating questions and provide personalised advice to address your specific needs. At the end of the call, we’ll send you an email summarising everything we’ve discussed. Is The Telephone Consultation Available to People Outside The UK?

Yes, the consultation is available to people outside the UK. Our timeslots are scheduled using UK time, but if you’re able to book within these times, you are entirely welcome to join from anywhere in the world. Please note that the consultation is conducted in English, and the information provided – particularly relating to materials – will reference UK terminology and products. These terms and conditions govern the promotional offer by Vital Canvas (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") to the first 50 customers to purchase our service at a discounted price of £50 (including VAT). 3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept all major payment card options. Appointments will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Scheduling and Amendments

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not available once the consultation has taken place.
By purchasing the consultation online, you acknowledge that the allocated time slot has been taken, and it is your responsibility to notify us of potential amendments or difficulties. At our discretion, we may choose to offer another appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling, subject to our discretion.
